Commander sat in a barn until 1996. Currently showing only 26,984
original miles this car is a true survivor. It has been owned by
the same individual for the past 19 years during which time it has
undergone routine maintenance including a recent front brake system
replacement and new water pump. Its straight, ding free body has
received one repaint in its original dark red. Most of the original
glass is in excellent condition however the passenger door glass is
cracked. The chrome and trim are all in good to excellent condition
and she wears the original steel wheels with chrome hub caps, trim
rings and wrapped in wide white sidewall tires. Inside is very
clean original style dark red cloth bench seat interior. Much of
the upholstery is original and all appears in very good condition.
The original steering wheel is in excellent condition. Dash and
gauges are in very good condition and include the original AM push
button radio. Under the hood is the original 226 CI / 95 HP L Head
inline six backed by a 3 speed manual column shifted transmission
with overdrive. This is a true timepiece that is sure to make its
