1968 Ford Mustang Custom Coupe

Don't you hate that feeling of pulling into a car show to see another car just like yours? That may be a problem for some stang owners but not with this 68! With a few customizations this classic has been transformed into the very cool custom Mustang it is today. The body is in good shape and coated in Red paint with a few custom Black accents. The tail piece, chin spoiler, grill and custom hood scoop are all Blacked out which complements the Red perfectly. Park in a line of other Mustangs and it always stands out. The chrome front and rear bumpers have a very nice shine as does the stainless trim. The glass is all in great condition and has a dark tint which plays off the Black features well. Completing the look are the custom Blacked out wheels which really look sharp. They give it that extra bit of toughness and combined with the custom flat Mustang emblem center caps always get complements.

Pop that custom hood and you will be greeted with an aftermarket 302 V8 motor. It is the high output 5.0 block released in 1984 and it runs strong. It has been fitted with an SUV cam, headers, DUI distributor and Edelbrock chrome dress up kit. The motor is paired with an automatic transmission that shifts smoothly with no issues. It is a really fun car to drive and sounds great!

The interior of the car is very nicely done in a matching Red and Black style. The carpet and headliner are both Black and in great condition. The seat upholstery is Black as well and done in the original style pattern. Between the bucket seats a full length custom center console was built specifically for the car. Mopar fans may recognize the inspiration which came from the old Cudas. It works really well in the car and looks right at home. It houses the T-handle shifter, extra storage space and a separate Autometer gauges for amp, oil and temp. A lot of the interior panels are painted Red like the body creating that same scheme throughout. The dash features a lot of the stock components like the gauges and Retro Mustang AM/FM radio. Custom speakers have been added throughout and deliver a great sound. The original style wood inserts are also in place on the dash and match the Wood grain steering wheel nicely. Not only will you be cruising in style but in comfort too with the Vintage Air custom Heat/AC system. The trunk is finished out just as nicely as the rest of the car and has a Mustang Emblem embroidered mat.
