1967 Ford Mustang
Your going to have a tough time finding a classic that encompasses the American muscle car feel more than a vintage Mustang. These cars are one of the most popular makes ever created and when you are talking about 60s muscle, the pony car was king. This 67 is a 2 owner classic that was original sold out of Denton, TX. It remained with the original owner in Texas for a majority of its life and the car comes with receipts as recent as 2014 that list the original owners name. With only 85,000 original miles the car has been well cared for since new and it shows. It was purchased with the sport sprint package which includes the hood vents, recessed turn signals, full wheel covers, rocker panel moldings and a different shift handle. It was marketed by Ford during the celebration of the Mustangs 3rd birthday and really added some nice features to the look of the car. The body of the car is in good shape and it just received a new White paint job with Blue scallops. The chrome bumpers have a nice shine and the finish on the stainless window trim is good as well. Original wheels with hubcaps are found under all four corners and wear 185/70R14 tires.
Getting those wheels spinning is the standard Mustang drivetrain which consists of a 289 V8 motor and C4 automatic transmission. The motor runs really well and is still fitted with mostly factory components coated in Ford Blue. It is a factory AC car and the AC system is working properly but does need to be charged with freon. The car also features power steering making it really easy to drive.
The interior of the car is done in Blue and complements the White paint really well. The bucket seats are in great shape and the two tone Blue upholstery in good condition. The automatic shifter is mounted to the floor and topped off with the vinyl covered Sport Sprint t-handle shifter. The dash has a stock appearance with the original gauges which are all working properly. The trunk of the car is solid and has the original plaid floor mat with original spare.
