1966 Plymouth Satellite 2dr Hardtop. Original 383ci V8 automatic car with factory power steering and front disc brakes. This car has undergone a recent restoration. The paint is very recent and looks to be the original color. The interior looks new as well. The engine is a 383ci V8 with a 4BBL Holley but is not original to the car. The transmission is also new. It has plenty of power and drives great with no starting or stopping issues. The suspension is tight but the steering is a little sloppy (but not awful). However there is a front end rebuild kit from PST is included with the car. The exhaust is fairly new and sounds great.
Overall the car is an 8-8.5 out of 10 with very few imperfections. The fuel gauge is temperamental. The odometor doesn't work. The speedometer is not accurate. The oil pressure and water temp guages have been moved to under the dash and work excellent. There is some hazing in the flat black hood and the bumpers need rechroming. But the paint is very good. Nice and straight body. The stainless trim isn't perfect. The front door cards are from a Charger. There is also a small dime size rust hole in the trunk pan next to the passenger side inner wheelhouse that needs to be welded up. (see pics) There is no rot anywhere else under the car and it looks very clean. Overall this car is in great condition and could be made perfect with very little time and effort.
