One of the rarest and most desirably equipped '69 Camaros, the L89 Aluminum headed 396 making 375 horsepower. According to multiple sources, this is 1 of only 311 L89's produced in 1969. GM Historical Society records fewer than 30 are in existence today. This example is in Excellent, show driven condition, sporting the original number's matching engine, number's matching M21 4-speed, and "BV"4.10 Posi-traction rear end. Factory options include Power Steering, Power Front Disc Brakes, Tilt Steering Column, Factory Gauge Package, and Chambered Exhaust. Purchased as a recent restoration by the current owner in 2011, the LeMans Blue paint shows exceptionally well. The factory badges, original "Ice Cube Tray" hood and White hockey stripes are in likewise excellent condition. The factory "715" trim calls for a standard blue interior, she was restored with a deluxe black interior and black vinyl seats with hounds-tooth cloth inserts. The car is documented by her Original Protect-O-Plate and shows that is was sold new on February 1, 1969 in Baltimore, MD to Paul Talbot.
