1984 Porsche 928 S
The Porsche is considered by many the ultimate sports car and most
Porsche fans are dedicated to the manufacturer refusing to drive
anything else. The 928S was originally created to replace the 911
as it was a combination of sports car power and handling with
comfort and equipment of a luxury sedan. Porsche only ever created
seven front engine models with the 928S being the only coupe
powered by a front mounted V8. In fact it was the first V8 powered
model ever created. This 1984 Porsche 928S is in excellent
condition and that is mostly stock. It is coated in the original
Rauch Quartz Metallic paint that suits the body lines well.
Everything works on the car including those instantly recognizable
pop up front headlights. It has a very sleek appearance with the
factory front and rear spoilers nicely mounted in place. All of the
glass is in good shape and nicely tinted. Stock wheels sit under
each corner and the tires still have plenty of life left. Upon
inspection, it is apparent that this car has been well care for its
entire life.
Powering the rear wheel drive car is the original 234hp 8 cylinder
motor that starts up smoothly and runs strong. The engine has
plenty of power and is paired with an automatic transmission. All
of the luxury power options like power steering and power brakes
are in place and all working well. The car is very comfortable to
drive and when it comes time to step on the gas the car is
responsive and fast.
The interior of the car is in imaculate condition and is done in
Brown leather and is all original. It has dual bucket seats up
front with fold down buckets in the back. The hatchback style rear
allows for plenty of storage space behind the seats. All of the
stock components are in place on the dash and all working properly.
An aftermarket Gray dash pad was added to protect it from the
sun.
This is one cool classic and these Porsches are starting to
increase in value in the market. Quickly becoming an investment
type of car. The car comes with a lot of extras including a
