For Sale: 1964 Oldsmobile Jetstar 88 in Jefferson, Wisconsin

The odometer reads just over 68,000 miles. The previous owner tells me this is the actual miles on the car. The title states “Actual Mileage”. When I inspected the car, I absolutely believe this claim. When you shut the doors, they latch with a click. The original interior looks fabulous. The chrome is great. You should be the judge. I feel we will concur. This car was built at the Southgate, CA plant. It was sold new at Findlay Oldsmobile in Las Vegas. The original Owners Manual and Warranty Booklet are with the car. Certainly this car was garage kept. The rubber is still supple and the dash pad has not cracked. I am very impressed with the condition for a desert car. Even the Soft Ray glass is nice, free of delamination. I am not certain , but I am thinking the paint is original. I don’t find tapelines or over spray. It is touched up and has a few small dings. There is a spot on the drivers door where its thin. The color matches the trim tag. Bermuda Blue. The chrome is certainly nice. It shines nicely and is not pitted. It has not been rubbed thin. We are including two sets of very nice wheel covers, one is wire with spinners, the other would be the regular full wheel covers. The interior is also very nice. There is a bit of wear on the drivers seat and the drivers door panel is pulling at the corner. I believe the carpet was replaced as it is just too nice to be original. The headliner is nice and original. The package tray is perfect. All interior chrome is wonderful. The underside and floors are perfectly rust free. In fact, the only rust on the whole car is on the interior trunk floor. Just a bit of light surface rust from moisture held beneath the mat. The trunk floor shoes original spatter paint. The engine bay is original appearing and nice. The 330 V8 runs fantastic and starts with ease. The Jetaway automatic shifts as it should. The power steering and brakes offer easy safe driving. Brand new radials make the already great ride even better. All features function properly. The A/C is cold. All lights work. The doors lock with the key. The original spare, jack and lug wrench are in the trunk. The condition of this car supports the mileage claim. You truly need to see it and appreciate it. The driving experience ids fantastic.
