For Sale: 1976 Porsche 911 Turbo in Raleigh, North Carolina
One of the most significant 911/930 Turbos in Porsche history. Chassis 9306800481 was gifted to Peter Gregg in 1976 after winning the 24 Hours of Dayton and IMSA GTO championships in 1975. The most decorated racer throughout the '70s, a true pioneer of the sport, Gregg was prideful of his accomplishments and honored with such a gift from the brand he loved. Original documentation (hand-written note) proves Gregg enjoyed this particular 930 with his from the factory Furman Seats and BBS Wheels for two years before selling it through the dealership he made famous, Brumos in Jacksonville, Florida.
We have decided to let Gregg's 930 go giving the next owner options. The 930 can be shipped to a new home "as-is" or we will be more than happy to advise them on our restoration options. Choosing to complete a frame-off restoration or simply get the original turbo engine up and running again with a few panels being touched up as long as you enjoy the drive as Gregg did in the late '70s.
This 930 is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Be a part of Porsche racing history by owning a beloved Turbo of one of the most celebrated race car drivers in the history of the sport.
