Vehicle Description
This underwent a no-expense-spared, one-year restoration. It features a classic nostalgic look with unique custom modern upgrades. This car was born with all the factory-loaded options, such as power windows, power brakes, power steering and factory 12-bolt heavy-duty rear end. It is also a rare Caprice Super Sport with factory bucket seats, automatic floor shifter with console and console-mounted gauge package. It was also born with a luxury vinyl roof option, but was upgraded by wrapping it in a Mercedes Phantom convertible top material for a very updated, unique look. It features a fully performance-built 396ci big-block engine with Turbo 400 automatic transmission. It's also equipped with an aluminum dual-fan cross-flow radiator by Northern and Sanderson ceramic-coated headers with a custom Flowmaster 2.5" dual exhaust. It features custom one-off aluminum rims built by Intro with a unique brushed face. Stopping is provided by 4-wheel disc brakes with huge Wilwood calipers, front/rear cross-drilled slotted rotors and an upgraded Wilwood dual master cylinder. It has a fully adjustable rear track bar. It was painted in two-stage PPG-brand custom Platinum Silver with iridescent pearl, making it unique, and finished out to a laser-straight glass finish. Many parts were shaved and/or modified for a sleek look. The grille and many exterior and interior moldings have also been chromed, creating uniform brightwork. The interior was refinished in original black for a nostalgic look with a custom touch. Other features include a custom CD/MP3/iPod stereo with a 3.5 jack connector. This is a one-of-a-kind showstopper.
