For Sale: 2003 London Taxi LTI TXII in Sonoma, California
Beautiful, immaculate London Taxi LTI Executive Sedan for sale. This one-owner London Taxi with just 14,940 miles has been garaged since new and is in excellent condition. The Paint is shiny and the interior is immaculate having been used as a private vehicle for special occasions.
The London Taxi is a very versatile vehicle, incredibly rugged, reliable and surprisingly affordable. It's not unusual for these workhorses to cover over 1,000,000 miles in a 10 year period so in addition to the need for them to be distinctive and easily recognized as a Hackney Carriage, they have to be durable, reliable and fit for purpose. A design and build process of evolution rather than revolution has given us the London style taxi known all around the world today.
Wheelchair access in some taxis can be a real problem. But the TX2 has a shallow ramp due to its low floor line, making it suitable for both manual and electric wheelchair users to safely get in and out of the vehicle straight on to, or from, the pavement. The passenger compartment is spacious and designed to accommodate wheelchair users easily.
This TXII London Taxi was built for the US Market and conforms to US EPA and California Regulations. It's highly optioned and factory equipped as follows:
