Made to compete with the old Mercedes 280. The Granada was all about "near luxury" back in it's day.
The Granada was very much in trend with Ford's late 70's box style body with opera windows and vinyl tops. Leather with corduroy velour inset seats and all manner of power equipment offerings. It even offers a soft and mushy ride with imprecise handling due to a dated leaf sprung suspension.
Just barely over 21K original miles, it is like having a new car. It is not even broken in yet!
Car was a 1 owner car, inherited by the son. The car has always been stored in a garage and barely driven.
The original light gray interior is very unique and in excellent condition. It has striped corduroy style velour in the middle while it has the leather style edging and arm rest. Faux wood grain dash and interior door panels. The charcoal gray shag carpeting just adds the vintage luster to it all.
The well-made quality light silver gray exterior is in just of excellent condition as the interior.
The chrome rims are surrounded by the class and style of white wall tires.
The car has completely been gone through. Fluids changed, new brakes, starter, brake lines, battery, and seals are just to name a few things that have been improved upon in this beauty of a car. The car has been maintained over the years to insure that it runs great.
