Just out of our restoration shop is this Super Solid 1970 Chevy El Camino Super Sport powered by its believed be original date code correct 396 350HP V8 engine backed up by a turbo 400 automatic transmission. This real deal Super Sports 396 engine and automatic transmission were both completely overhauled years ago and has not been fired up till we got it in our possession just weeks ago. This car has been here in Greene Iowa since 1984 and was always going to be finished but just did not get done! We got it in our shop got it fired up and installed one new rear quarter panel for the rest of its original body was in great shape. We restored its original black bench seat interior from top to bottom including all new rubbers felts door panels headliner and carpet. All new mirrors door handles wheel well chrome grill bed chrome was all replaced as well. Its original bumpers were still in nice shape so we left them alone. Its exterior paint was restored in a beautiful black finish and wet sanded and buffed to a brilliant shine. Its laser straight body comes equipped with its factory working cowl induction hood with the white SS stripes laid out over its hood. It has had brand new dual exhaust new SS 15x8 inch Rims with New RWL tires. This real deal supers sport runs and drives excellent down the road and is ready to drive to your next classic car show!
