Vehicle Description
Just Toys Classic Cars is proud to present one of the coolest
street rod kit cars on the planet. This here is a Factory Five 1933
Ford Street Rod. These are fiberglass kits that is you have the
time, knowledge and patience you can put this together in your own
garage. This particular car was built very well, and there is even
a book that documents the day by day of the build from getting
parts in to putting it together. Factory Five really put themselves
on the map with building Cobra replicas with this concept. The red
and black paint on this car present very well. This car was built
about 5 years ago so it has been driven just under 14,000 miles so
it will have a nick or two here and there, but as you will see in
the pics this car presents extremely well and will turn heads and
win trophies where ever it goes.
The interior of this car is very simple, yet very clean. As you
look at the gauge cluster, everything is very easy to read and
looks great on the red dash. The seats fit you like a glove and the
4 point harness will really hold you down good and tight for when
you really feel like doing some aggressive driving ( we never do
that right, wink wink). You are going to find some nice modern
things in this sweet hot rod like power windows, AM/FM, and ICE
COLD A/C. The chrome banjo steering wheel shines like a diamond in
your face as well. When you get in this car you really feel a
little bit more powerful and you haven't even turned the key
yet.
WELL............what are you waiting for. Reach under that dash and
flip that key. WARNING!!!!!! what you are about to hear will put a
permanent ear to ear grin on your face. That is a 4.6 dual overhead
cam V8 under that hood. That is right ladies and gentleman, a Ford
in a Ford. What a novel idea. This motor came out of a 2008 Lincoln
Mark VIII. These were basically cobra motors without the
supercharger. These motors put out 320 ponies at the crank. Now you
take out your 20-25% for driveline loss and you are still looking
at around 260 to the rear tire. Sure that doesn't sound like a lot
in today's horsepower war, but this car only weights around 2200
pounds. With the torque of this motor, you better hang on to your
hat as these ponies take you down the road. Now slap this baby in
to drive and enjoy the automatic overdrive transmission as you find
your favorite tunes and feel the wind in your hair. If you are like
some of us, you could care less about the radio. You just want to
listen to that beautiful V8 music coming out of that custom
exhaust. Now, if you do want to drive this car in peak summer and
really enjoy that cold A/C then just take the windshield off and
grab a buddy to help you bolt on the removable hard top, roll up
the power windows, and crank the air.
As you will see in the pics, the under side of this sweet rod is as
great looking as the top. The custom chassis is in great shape and
very clean. So like we said, get in, hit the key and get ready to
have the drive of your life. Make sure to keep your hand loose for
all the thumbs up that you can throw back at people because you are
going to get plenty of them.
We offer classic car financing for those that want to take
advantage of the option. They offer great rates and terms with as
little as 10% down with no prepayment penalties. This allows you
not to take all of your cash out of the bank at once and you can
pay it off when you want to and still have the car of your dreams.
We look forward to speaking with you soon, and we look forward to
making you the newest member of the Just Toys Classic Cars
family.
