*** Alabama law does not title vehicles 35+ years old.
Therefore, this vehicle will only come with a legal Bill of Sale.
You MUST check with your DMV to determine their registration
requirements. ***
*** I have 3 of these. Yellow one is the best condition. The others
need full quarters on both sides but have more parts and A/C. All
are 350V8 automatic El Camino Customs w/PS & PB but no drivetrain.
Grey and Red one have A/C. Yellow one does not. Red one has power
front discs. Others have drums. Will sell one two or three. Price
is for each car. ***
Yellow one is a 1972 Chevrolet El Camino Custom which featured
upgraded interior and extra side trim from the standard El Camino.
Originally Mohave Gold w/black interior. Motor and transmission are
missing. Originally it was a 350ci V8 2BBL Automatic car w/power
steering and power brakes. It would make a great SS clone in a cool
color. (see pics of SS car in Mohave Gold).
The car will need some rust repair in the bed and a new drivers
side rear quarter panel. It will also need two long floor pans. The
rest of the car is pretty straight.
There is no rust in the cowl or the frame. The rockers don't appear
to be too bad either. The tailgate works fine. The outer skin just
needs to be popped out.
The seat is missing but I have seats in the other two cars. The
bumpers are there. Front bumper is pretty straight. Rear bumper has
a slight bend in it. I think it can be straightened.
The other two cars have hoods, seats, and door trim for El Camino
Customs that could go on this car.
Parts for this car can be found just about anywhere on the
internet, Original Parts Group, Year One, etc.
I have included a pic of a 72 El Camino SS in Mohave Gold to show
what this car COULD be when restored.
Let me know if you have any questions.
