STK 2157 1979 Ford LTD II
This 1979 LTD II is totally original except for the standard maintenance items such as the battery, tires and exhaust system. The speedometer reads 34,586 original miles. The LTD II shared many of the same body components as the Ford Thunderbird of that era. The classic lines utilize the long hood and short deck configuration that was prominent in the day for personal luxury cars. Ford ‘Dark Red’ paint is in good condition and the matching burgundy vinyl interior shows very little wear. This LTD II is equipped with power steering, power disc/drum brakes, factory wheel covers and tinted windows. The factory air conditioning system is fully operational. Power is provided by the matching numbers 302ci small block, still running superbly, and backed by Ford’s 3-speed automatic unit.
