The engine was professionally rebuilt and on the Dyno achieved 235hp at 5000rpm.This is a no hit car, with its original body panels and drive train. The car has a four speed transmission, which was installed for driving ease and pleasure. The original rebuilt three speed transmission will go with the car. The rear is 3:70: 1 ratio, offering excellent take off and cruising. The car was built February 9, 1960. The engine casting number is 3756519, a casting date of January 27, 1960, and an engine assembly stamp of F0202CQ. Optioned with heater and Wonderbar radio, the car is a rare Courtesy Light delete example. The body off, every nut and bolt restoration, required 1100 hours to complete and was performed by an NCRS master judge who specializes in the restoration of 1957-61 Corvettes. The 5 previous Corvettes he’s restored have all scored very high in NCRS judging based on the originality, correctness and condition of the cars.
