However, no car enthusiast forgets about Ford's midsize entry to the Muscle Car era with the powerful Torino. With several prominent roles in recent movies (Gran Torino, Starsky & Hutch, & Fast & Furious) collectability and price of Torino's are going up.
Ford had 14 different variations for its intermediate line in 1968, and this is the "Torino GT" in convertible form with bucket seats (code 43). This is certainly not a body style you see every day. It's also an F-Code meaning it comes with a 302ci Windsor V8 with a 2-barrel carburetor.
This Torino GT Convertible comes out of a private collection and was originally owned in Illinois. It's a highly original and shows really well in Red with Black vinyl interior. It's powered by the 302 V8 and automatic transmission and runs really strong and smooth. It does feature a new 4BB carburetor & manifold, power convertible top, power steering, working radio, and much more!
