For Sale: 1985 Jaguar XJ-SeriesXJS in Los Angeles, California
Born in Europe this Jag belonged to an American General who sent
this car to Jaguar directly with the request to make it faster than
any car on the autobahn. So a V12 powerplant was issued and
installed directly by the factory to grant the General's wish.
Vehicle was later gifted to a WW2 Pilot for saving thousands of
lifes in a special ops mission that freed one of many concentration
camps. The car is now in California with all BAR stickers.
Unfortunatly the motor had to be tuned down to Pass California
Emmissions but still has some nice power left in it. It was known
around Europe for putting several cars to shame at the time when
Jaguars had a horrible reputation. This Factory built one of a kind
beast is truly remarkable and lots of fun to drive. Needs some TLC
to bring back the shine but is still a great vehicle with lots of
interesting history. It does run and drive. Interior is clean with
just some signs of normal wear. Please contact us with any question
regarding this extremely unique find.
