The Ford Galaxie has a fantastic history and a proven car for the thrill seeker. The Galaxie was produced from 1959 to 1974 with the many of these going right to the track or drag strip. The nice wide stance and the monstrous engines that people could pack into the engine bay gave tuners plenty of choices to make their car the fastest one on Saturday night.

This quality Galaxie is in its original color combo and carries many tasteful upgrades but still remaining true to its roots of the original body and mostly the interior aspects. The car was owned by only 3 previous owners and each person taking the same care and respect of the car. It stands today with some nice upgrades but the body, color, trim and many of the chrome remain original or properly accurate with period correct items. Vehicle comes to life with a simple turn of the key and immediately you know this is not your grandpa's Galaxie. The large 289 V8 is tweaked with Holly 4 barrel carburetor with a K&N air filter with XStream air intake system, electronic choke, newer stainless steel headers with dual steel exhaust tips, Ford Racing valve covers, Edelbrock intake and a recent addition of Mickey Thompson tires. The car also received in the past two years; new radiator, rebuilt C4 transmission with shift kit, new master cylinder, brakes and upgraded vintage style stereo with aux hookup.

We highly recommend this stylish and authentic Galaxie for anyone that has craved the sound of a muscle car, but wants to preserve their 401K and invest in a simple and fun car to drive to any car show and feel confident to place with the big boys. Horn, wipers, lights and gauges are working and the fit and lineup of the body panels are very impressive. Interior received new seat covers that show well and the newer headliner is fitted properly.
