2002 Sunnybrook 1-owner Mobile Scout 28x8 foot approx 7500lb Alumilight Super Structure M-27RK-FS 5th Wheel Camper! We have really enjoyed this Sunnybrook fifth wheel camper with 1 slide and is in great condition. We have owned this for close to two years and have used it 5 times and did not buy it to re-sale we searched for a while and found this neat clean well kept 1-owner and had to have it! I have never seen any leaks and it is nice and tidy and dry thru-out! This is one of the nicer campers in the RV campground we stay at for this vintage and still shows great. It has nice furniture set. This unit has it all for the folks that wants luxury and ease of care. A quick sweep with the broom and the floor is clean. The awning is in good shape. The slide works well. All appliances are in good condition, the fridge is ice cold, and the freezer will make ice cubes even on the propane system. Non smokers have been the owners. Electric and gas hot water heater with remote start for gas. Electric and gas fridge with auto change over setting. 2 30 lb propane tanks. Electric landing gear in the front, manual in the rear. Large slide thru basement storage. Ample storage in the front compartment with lots of nice compartments. Three holding tanks One black and two grey water. Cable hook up. HD TV hook ups in bedroom and living room. Stand up shower (I am 6-4 ft 225 and fit easily). Queen size bed. Large wardrobe sliding mirror closets in front. Cold digital air conditioning Ducted. Warm furnace Ducted. Nice tires with covers. Axles have sealed bearings and brakes are in good condition. Nice storage room with beautiful cabinet work throughout. Outside shows nice the decals show some age. The roof looks good. This has been a great camper and we really have enjoyed it and it has alway been ready to go and worked excellent each time we have used it! It comes with lots and lots of extras if you see them in photos of camper as a unit yes it comes with camper! Serious buyers only please!
