GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1956 Dodge Regent Coupe for purchase. The Dodge Regent was built by Dodge Canada from 1951-1960. It was essentially a Plymouth Cranbrook that had a more Dodge front end to be sold in the Great White North. The full-size Regent was offered as a 2-door coupe or 4-door sedan with a variety of engine offerings. With its rarity and interesting appeal (looks like half Dodge half Plymouth), the Regent is quite the find for the collector who loves unique.
This Regent comes to us out of California and is a restomod of sorts. It's powered by a 2000 Chevy LS1 engine 5.7L V8 paired with a 4L60E automatic transmission. The mechanicals are monitored by an Ipad to leave the dash untouched. This car features a new dual exhaust and is a very fun sleeper to drive. The outside and inside have been left with stock appearance to wear nobody knows you're sporting a Corvette engine under the hood until it's too late! Check out this really unique find that is a great addition to the garage for rare turn-key fun. Please call or email for more details!
