Vehicle Description
EMG is pleased to offer this Beautiful 1940 Packard Darrin
Roadster. This concourse restored Packard is in Beautiful condition
throughout and has been meticulously maintained since it's full
restoration about 15 years ago. This car was restored prior to 2001
to take part in the Annual Pebble Beach Concours De Elegance in
Monterey California, in 2001 the car graced the lawn of the 18th
Fairway and was judged against some of the nicest cars in the world
and was awarded a Best In Class win by the judges. This is an
exquisite example of what Coach Built cars of the 1940's were and
is a true glimpse back at a golden age of hand craftsmanship. In
total only 8 of these Darrin 120 Chassis Roadsters were produced
this being the last of the 8 and built in the Hollywood, CA
production facility. The car has spent time in the Imperial palace
Car Collection since it's Pebble Beach win and has been privately
owned for the last 8 years here in AZ. This is a great opportunity
to own a world class restored 40's Iconic Roadster. We encourage
you to inspect the car in person or give us a call at (480)
922-6242 with any questions or to arrange an appointment. We
believe in making the exotic car, truck and Toy buying experience
fun & painless. Our experienced team carefully selects our
inventory from the ideal conditions of the dry southwest.
