Vehicle Description
Just Toys Classic Cars is proud to present this absolutely stunning
1957 Ford Thunderbird Convertible. This is by far, not your average
1957 Ford Thunderbird. This is an E Bird. What is an E Bird you
ask, it is all what is under the hood and we will cover that in a
minute. Let's stick with the outside for now shall we. The fit and
finish on this car is absolutely second to none. The Colonial White
paint is absolutely miles deep and looks like if you stuck your arm
in it your arm would come out looking like milk. All over the
bright work is so good you could shave in it like a mirror. This
truly is a very well put together car and on the pics alone should
make you get in touch with us and find out how to get it in your
collection today. The wire wheels and white wall tires just suck
you in to this beauty and make you want to walk all around it, but
make sure that you have your drool bib on so you don't mess this
sweet ride up one bit.
So now that we have your attention, you should be making your way
around to the driver side door and slide yourself in to the Flame
Red Vinyl interior. This is one of the most comfortable interiors
that you will ever sit in. Everything is easily readable and
reachable. This was a very well laid out interior. Everything on
this car is new including the interior, so you will not see any
rips or tears anywhere in the interior or the beautiful new white
top on this car. If you want to keep the top down as you will see
in the pics, you can snap the tonneau cover over the interior and
protect it from the elements, or you can put the removable hard top
on and roll the windows up as well. There are a lot of options to
show off this beautiful car.
Okay, we have talked about how beautiful the outside of this T Bird
is, and the interior is gorgeous, but like we said early on, this
car is all about what was under the hood. This beauty is an E Bird,
and that means that it was ordered with the Dual Quad 312 motor
that was putting out 270 HP. Now, we know how manufacturers loved
to under rate horsepower even before the muscle car wars of the
60's so you can imagine that this car made north of 300 HP, but we
will stick with Ford's number for now. Everything has been redone
on this car as you will see in the pics. That monster motor is
mated to the stock transmission and rear end. Imagine driving this
baby at the Saturday night stop light brigade. There were no
badges, or loud exhaust that let people know you had a bunch of
power under the hood. This was a factory sleeper with this option
under the hood. You could lay a lot of cars to waste with this
option and have them in wonder as to what you had under the
hood.
This is truly one of those blue chip collectibles that is going
nowhere but up in value. This car is your 401K, but performs
better. This car is your kids future college fund. There are a lot
of people that have gold and silver, or fine art, and other
commodities that go up and down with the tides of the economy and
global events. Cars like this are your "steady eddy" that hold
their value, and then go up, and up. Even if you are not a "car
person" you can not go wrong with this car from an investment
perspective. We even offer classic car financing for those that
would like to take advantage of the option. This is a great way to
get the car of your dreams, and use the financing as a "bridge
loan." This way you do not have to take all of the cash out of the
bank at one time, and you can pay it off when you want to without
any prepayment penalties. We look forward to speaking with you
soon, and we look forward to making you the newest member of the
Just Toys Classic Cars family.
