Vehicle Description
This truck was sold new and lived its entire life near Springfield, MO. It was used gently and sparingly. The mileage is just over 76,000. Judging by its appearance, it was garage kept.
A friend from Des Moines, IA offered the truck to me. It was his uncles. I have confidence, trust and faith in Jerry and believe the claim that the mileage is actual.
The condition is original. The Burgundy interior has not been altered or reconditioned and it is very nice. There is a bit of discoloration on the plastic door panels, but that is the only flaw.
The body is rust-free and straight. Other than some affectionate paint touch-ups, it is also original. It is obvious that it was never used in a manner that caused damage. The bed is I wonderful condition and has bee protected by a liner.
The original spare and jack are present. The doors lock via key. The owner’s manuals are in the glove box. All features work properly.
This truck is loaded. It has the EFI 350/700r4 powertrain and 3.73 limited slip axle. The Silverado trim and Convenience packages are present, as is the Exterior décor package. It has dual fuel tanks, halogen lights, heavy duty battery and auto locking hubs. There are door edge moldings, colored floor mats, tinted glass and factory sliding rear window. The comforts are tilt-steering, AM/FM stereo, power windows/locks and cruise control.
The air conditioning blows cold.
The red and white paint scheme is accented by the stripes, below-eye mirrors and the rally wheels.
The tires are brand new and of the correct size and appearance. There is an after-market receiver hitch and provision for trailer wiring.
If you like square-bodied Chevy pickups, this is as good as it gets. The last year of the style, a great powertrain, good color combination and all the options. On top of that, great condition and low mileage.
