Vehicle Description
This Power WDX is powered by its original 230ci 6-cylinder engine including a 2-speed transfer case and a 4-speed transmission. All operating systems and components have been restored, including new wiring, brakes and fuel lines. An aluminum tank has been added for increased capacity. The original Braden MU-2 beast of a winch is driven by a robust PTO system. The 4-wheel-drive design was adapted and perfected from many years of military vehicle production and testing. The differential gearing is set at 5.83 and is tough enough to tackle any terrain. The vehicle moves on military-grade non-directional tires. The bed is complete with custom oak planking milled and improved specifically for this truck. The interior of the vehicle was meticulously restored with original gauges, headliner, floorboards and bench seat. From the farm to the factory, this first-year civilian Power Wagon is the quintessential American 4X4 workhorse vehicle that helped build America.
