exceptional example of this 2007 Bentley Arnage T 6.75L Twin
Turbocharged V8 Sedan and a superb hand built Crewe Bentley with an
original window sticker of $242K but with this particular car being
fully loaded with factory options resulting in a final window
sticker of over $269K in 2007!This particular example was specially
factory ordered with the following options:Dark Sapphire Color

$1,190Lambswool rugs in addition to carpet overmats $790This
particular pristine Arnage T is extraordinarily handsome in its
original factory 'Dark Sapphire' color with a beautiful 'Magnolia'
premium leather interior with diamond quilted inserts. This is a
well documented 3 owner car since new always primarily serviced at
the renown 'British Motor Cars Distributors', The Bentley,
Lamborghini amp; Pagani dealership of San Francisco, CA and which
has obviously always been garaged with no accidents or damage
history and a clean CARFAX report. It was obviously owned by only
very careful and meticulous drivers since new - never abused! The
Arnage is named after a famous racing corner at Le Mans, the
circuit of legendary Bentley fame, thanks to 5 victories in the
famous 24-hour race, including a string of four straight. Never
mind that the last of these victories occurred in 1930; the
mystique endures! The T stands for twin-turbocharged - a pair of
Garrett T3 blowers replacing the bigger T4 singleton previously
employed. The new force-feeding arrangement, plus a nearly total
overhaul of the aluminum V-8 engine, conspire to make this big
sedan the fastest four-door car Bentley had ever made. Thanks to
the self-imposed 155-mph top-speed limiters on most high-end Euro
sedans, it was also the fastest four-door sedan in the world (168
mph), the first Bentley designed entirely on a computer, and the
first Bentley engine built essentially with VW's toolbox. Rated at
500 horsepower and 646 pound-feet of torque, the pushrod Bentley
V-8 makes a lot of highly respected DOHC four-valve engines look a
little tame. Bentley has been turbocharging its 6.8-liter pushrod
V-8 engines since 1982, but this is a thoroughly revamped 6.8, and
it packs a thoroughly modern big-league punch. It turns out that
the Bentley Arnage (built between the years 1998-2009 before being
replaced by the new Bentley Mulsanne) brings you two particular
things so characteristic of England. First, it's exclusive and
second, stubborn British craftsmen with incredible pride build the
Arnage by hand in the legendary Crewe plant, and this gives the car
something approaching a soul and it's twin turbos in this later
2007 model help deliver 500 horsepower at 4,100 rpm, but the
crucial ingredient is torque, a staggering 646 pound-feet at just
1,800 rpm. Perhaps it seems unseemly to speak in terms of crude
measurements of performance like acceleration to 60 mph, yet we'll
tell you the Arnage completes the task in 5.6 seconds and will
whistle all the way to 168 mph, extraordinary performance for a
vehicle of this size and weight. The uniquely designed ultimate
incarnation of the Arnage was the named the Arnage T and referred
to by enthusiasts as the 'Arnage Black Label', built by Bentley to
be the ultimate sporting sedan and quite simply fastest production
sedan in the world. It was built between the years 2002-2009, with
only 2,100 cars built in total and with the final incarnation of
the 2007-2009 years being the most sought after by collectors
today. It is noteworthy that in 2007 only 211 cars were built with
only 130 being LHD models. You will surely look long and hard to
find a finer example of this Crewe hand built 2007 Bentley Arnage T
with an extraordinarily low 7,521 original miles which was always
dealer maintained since new! For those who are unfamiliar, Rolls
Royce and Bentley no longer exist as they had for over one hundred
years - this is one of the last in the original line of cars hand
built in the legendary Rolls Royce/Bentley factory in Crewe,
England with a quality and craftsmanship that far surpasses that of
today's mass produced models with many BMW parts - this is a rare
opportunity to own a piece of automobile history, from a time when
Rolls Royce and Bentley were truly building the world's finest
motor cars.
