Offered for Sale is a 1969(Code 71) Lemans Blue Z-28 RS Camaro with ivory houndstooth custom buckets. This Z-28 is an X77 Norwood car produced the first week in May. A frame off restoration has just been completed. We first saw this car in about 1977 on HWY 119 in Birmingham, AL. It belonged to a friend of ours. It had been sitting in two different buildings since around 1980. It has all gm sheet metal with the exception of two inner wheel houses. The restoration costs exceeded $50,000. The car has the correct DZ-302 Block 3956618 dated B-6-9 with no VIN stamping down in the rough cast by oil filter. All components are correct such as all deep groove pulleys, valve covers, manifolds, intake, and DZ carburetor. It is equipped with R.S. package, functional cowl induction, bumper guards on the front and rear, custom ivory houndstooth, Rosewood wheel, deluxe seat belts, tinted glass, front and rear spoilers, and reproduction Goodyear wide treads. This car is as new and everything is new from front to rear.
