Price increased greatly! How often do you hear that as a selling point?
We were about to sell but I could not go through with it at market value. I paid for a run-until-it-sells ad though, so instead of cancelling my ad, I am upping the price to an overpriced figure - everything has its price and market value is not for me at this point. No need to contact me to tell me it is overpriced. Sorry if this offends you.
If you have the money and want a nice car, and you don't mind overpaying to help us with college expenses for our kids, we may let it go. Talk to me. If we change our minds about selling it for market value, I already have a family who will buy it.
