Here we have a 1962 BSA Big Valve Super Rocket
Although this bike is somewhat dirty from being sprayed with WD-40 to prevent rusting while stored it is a well sorted restored bike in very good running condidtion. Thistis something of a special bike and was produced from 1961-1963 based on modifications to the Super Rocket by Eddie Dow. Launched in 1957 the BSA Super Rocket had a new alloy head and an Amal TT racing carburetor. In 1961 a new "357" full-race camshaft with high lift was used, with more dwell and faster valve action to improve performance
