The numbers matching engine in this 1978 Corvette shows original casting date March 30, 1978 and final assembly date April 14, 1978. Correct ignition shielding, hoses, intake manifold, carburetor, and air cleaner are all in place, as well as the air pump. Engine compartment look nearly untouched and is one of the freshest that I have seen. Frame is solid and rust-free. Number 5250 out of 6502, and has only been driven 6220 miles!!!
