PRIVATE SALE (no dealer solicitations please)

This car is a true piece of art, a jaw dropping stunner, and a pinnacle in the world of classic American vehicles. I purchased this vehicle from the owner who had it since 1963. The car was resprayed only once, and was ALWAYS being driven (exclusively during the summer), stored indoors, and therefore never required a restoration. It may look restored, but it drives and feels like a true unrestored classic sportscar that rolled off the assembly line in 1963. Enthusiasts understand what I’m talking about. This is for the enthusiasts, collectors, and investors ONLY.
The whole drivetrain (engine, transmission, differential) are 100% numbers matching, and correct. The interior carpet and seats were reconditioned. Only the necessities (fluids, lines, soft top, rubbers, gaskets, belts, etc…) were changed during its life. The exterior paint was recently recondition, compounded, and waxed. The car is 100% turn-key, and 100% complete. No leaks, power steering works like it should, window and door handles work, brakes don’t make noise, and the vehicle shifts as it should. No cracks in the glass. The undercarriage and frame are in exceptional condition (the most important thing, in my opinion). In short, none of the pictures do the vehicle justice. Original Owner’s Manual included, and in “like-new” condition. The only non-functioning part of the vehicle is the clock in the dash, which I did not bother to diagnose. The clock is present, and complete.

A little backstory, I purchased this vehicle from the owner who had it since 1963 and bought it in Ontario, Canada. He has become old and ill, and unfortunately could no longer drive the vehicle, let alone properly communicate with me, so his daughter sold it on his behalf. Due to the older gentlemen being ill, it is assumed he does indeed have all the original paperwork somewhere in his home, but is incapable of speaking for more than a few moments before forgetting what he's speaking of, so we were not able to receive any information regarding the documentation. The daughter believes that the original build sheet may still be on the backside of the gas tank, but I did not want to dismantle the vehicle to check, as the vehicle is very well put together right now and runs straight.

DISCLAIMER: Because I am posting this piece of art to people who may live far from me, I will try to be as honest as possible. The paint has minor imperfections, the most major imperfection being a one inch crack under the rear emblem on the passenger side (pictured). The passenger door handle will show signs of piting if you look at it from about one foot away, but it is still smooth. The stem of the rear view mirror is slightly pitied (easily repairable as it's stainless steel), and the exhaust manifolds have surface rust (like any other non-restored classic car with iron cast exhaust manifolds). Regardless, the paint of this vehicle was classified as a condition 2, and from three feet away, imperfections are unnoticed.

Please contact me by email. I'm usually busy and can't answer the phone, but ofcourse, I'll try. Text me if not, and I'll get back to you to schedule a phone conversation. I'm VERY transparent about the vehicle, I absolutely WANT YOU TO COME AND SEE IT IN PERSON, as it's a true beauty that won't devaluate.

My price is 54,000 USD, which is VERY fair compaired to the others I find on the market. I will not waste your time, as long as you don't waste mine. This is NOT a project car, and is indeed a turn-key car, unlike MANY in this price range.

The car is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. About one hour drive from the Champlain, New York border.
