Everything functions and is fully operational (though I have not test cruised it).The manufacturer ambitiously named the model 770 with the idea it would drive at 70 mph and cruise at 7 knots! Believe it or not, two Amphicars crossed the English Channel in 20 ft seas! You may not win any speed contests with this but you probably will not park next to another one, only 3878 were ever built!
