This truck is a frame-up restoration with literally every nut, bolt
and screw not having gone replaced or refurbished. It is certainly
one of the finest examples in the country. You can get in this
truck and drive it from Seattle to anywhere on this continent with
zero issues. It is essentially a brand new 1968 Chevrolet Pickup
with a lot of upgrades from the original, and a hell of a lot more
power.
The body was stripped to bare metal before priming and several
coats of Marina Blue Satin paint. You will not see another one like
this crossing paths with you at any show or drive-in this summer.
An all new wooded bed was hand stained and clear coated before
being installed between stainless steel separating strips. Both the
front and rear bumpers have brand new chrome and there is a hidden
trailer hitch installed behind the license plate.
It is powered by a fresh Chevy 350 that has been bored out to a 363
cubic inch pumping out 320 horsepower with a Rochester 4-barrel
carburetor. An all new wiring harness by American has been
installed along with a Griffin aluminum radiator and dual electric
fan. I am not sure I have seen a cleaner engine bay in any
truck...it just looks great. A smooth shifting 350 automatic
transmission gets the power to the ground through a completely
rebuilt 12-bolt rear end. New CPP front and rear disc brakes
provide all of the stopping power you will ever need. It sits on a
new CPP suspension over six-lug 15? Rally wheels and BF Goodrich
Radial T/A tires.
The interior is as immaculate as the rest of the truck and is new
or refurbished from top to bottom. All new bench seat, door panels,
dash carpet and visors, with a polished, tilt steering column with
chrome levers by Flame River make the truck even smell new inside.
It has a brand new Retro Sound stereo system with 4 built-in
speakers that is Smartphone enabled and all new mechanical gauges
including a tachometer.
You would be extremely hard-pressed to find a nicer C-10 than this
one anywhere in the country and it is sure to win a trophy in any
show you enter it in or a "thumbs up" every mile you drive it
everyday to work. This truck is ready to just turn the key and do
whatever you want to do with it.
