Presented here is 1973 Plymouth Duster. This car is a lot of fun to drive and looks as good as it drives. The Tor-Red paint shines and blends well with the black side stripes, black rear spoiler and the black hood with the menacing hood scoop. The fit and finish on the car is just like it should be. The Duster has had a very well done cosmetic restoration and the interior has also had the same care with an upgrade to the Duster seats being done in leatherette. Most MOPAR interiors are pretty basic. This one here presents very well and is very clean. Just a nice basic black leather interior.
The biggest bang for the buck was stuffing a high-winding 360 cubic-inch V8 into a lightweight car like the Duster. The 360ci is connected to a 727 Torqueflite three-speed automatic that has less than 5000 miles on it since it was done. Believe me when I tell you that this thing moves when you hit the gas pedal. You will have to restrain yourself from putting the pedal down on a regular basis. This car is that much fun to drive. There have only been 68,839 believed original miles on the car and less than 1000 miles put on the newly replaced motor so it has had a good break in period and is ready to rock and roll. This car has never been on a dyno, but all we can say is that this Duster is fast.
This Duster is original where you want it, and reliable where you need it the most. Add in some cool upgrades and you will quickly realize that this is the best MOPAR for show and at this price you won’t want to let it slip by.
