Today, we are pleased to offer you a special Corvette, the first C5 rated at 405HP, the 2002 Z06 in an exquisite color, LeMans Blue Metallic. The "General" (GM) introduced a low-priced-performance-only base Corvette, the Hard top in 1999 using the same powertrain as the regular Corvette, but equipped only the manual transmission, the Z51 performance handling package and only a few options, sporting a non-removable fixed roof. It was instantly popular amongst the purists and was available for the 1999 and the 2000 lineup. The 2001 brought the Z06, and upgraded LS6 engine rated at 385 HP and a special transmission... Sure hit! To capitalize on this new found popularity, the 2002 model was upped to 405 HP and got the heads-up display standard, a recipe for performance and unique look!
Our feature today is a 2002 model in excellent shape which lived all its life in sunny Florida... It comes with two-sets of wheels: Chromed Z06-style and C6-style Black powder coated.
Corvette is in very good cosmetic condition and no mechanical issues. It runs as it should and there are no error codes on the dash. Both sets of tires have plenty of life.
