Built by the American Fire Apparatus Company on an International 1600 1.5 ton truck chassis with a 304 CI V8 backed by a four speed manual transmission. This truck is all original with less than 2,000 original miles. It was ordered through the hardware store in Burns, Kansas and comes with all supporting documents and receipts regarding the transaction. No additions or subtractions have been made to this truck, it is as originally purchased as pre the purchase order of 1964. The Fire Truck was in continual service in Burns < Kansas until early 2009. The pump works, it has approximately 1,500 feet of hose and has three separate brass nozzles. Also included are the original hickory extension ladders.
