This is a rare and fine example of the 1963 Studebaker Lark 4 door sedan. It is mechanically sound with plenty of personality to go around. The exterior shows especially well with its metallic blue paint, chrome front and rear bumpers, chrome trim, mirrors, grill, and tailpipe extensions; all in great condition. Also the original hub caps are painted with the period white trim to compliment the white wall tires. Within this model, you find the interior well protected by translucent seat covers, the seats still showing through in good condition, and all of the gauges and instrumentation on the dash in its proper place and in working condition. Studebaker produced an 'Exclusive Beauty Vanity' glove box with a mirror, makeup tray and compartment storage which was adorned by the word 'Vanity' right on the front. Also included, and rare to find, the swing away chrome Kleenex box holder under the dash -- all original! Mechanically, this vehicle is sound. With quality work to ensure reliability for the next owner, with a new water pump, ignition system, new kick panels and rear shelf, wind lace on doors replaced, and even a fresh set of floor mats with the Studebaker insignia. This vehicle is great for those who enjoy the classic Studebaker cars of the era and could be for those looking to win trophies with it at car shows, or for those looking for a very enjoyable cruiser. Don't hesitate to call for more information on this great example of Studebaker history.
