Vehicle Description
A well preserved example of a 1928 Chrysler Model 62 coupe found in Michigan several years ago. The car needed engine repair to put it back on the road. I rebuilt the engine with new pistons and rings, valve job, rebuilt oil pump, starter and generator like new. Oil pump redone and the car idles with a steady 30 PSI of pressure. Distributor serviced, new battery. 6 Volt electric pump because the original vacuum fuel pump was rusted out but I do have it as well as the original remote oil filter.The hydraulic brakes have been redone with new bands and the wheel cylinders and master cylinder re-sleeved by White Post Restorations. Rear axle seals converted to modern seals. Tires and tubes new and the original wooden wheels are solid and tight. The body and all wood is solid, no rust or rattles, doors close well. I have the original owners manual and original lube chart. Some parts have not been re-installed but I do have them. Everything goes with the sale of car including receipts for parts used in repairs.
