A true "SURVIVOR" ! I have owned this car for more than 40+ years.
I am getting older and have too many toys and too little time to get enjoyable use from them, hence the following "swan song " tour for me and this lovely lady.
In 2014-15 I drove this beauty from Perth On to Chicago Il at the start of Route 66 to Santa Monica Ca the end of 66, then a sojourn to Mexico,Texas,Louisana,Florida and finally home.The entire journey took a little over 4 months and the 348=4bl purred throughout the 13K miles and I never had the occasion to call AAA.
Meeting "car buffs" on this journey (and there were many) I was advised NOT to restore this vehicle, which I had at sometime planned as only minor refinements are needed.. BUT to leave it as is and only weatherproof the patina patches on the body.
Since I am retired should you wish to purchase this vehicle I can deliver it to almost any location in the USA or Canada.
This beauty is looking for another good home.
