For Sale: 1936 Auburn Speedster in Ft Lauderdale, Florida
A very rare 1936 Auburn Speedster , factory built by Glenn Pray ! I don't know exact year of production , as it's titled as a 1936 , but my estimate is somewhere in the late 1970's. The car is in good " driver quality " condition with presentable paint and interior , meaning she has some minor cosmetics that are to be expected with age , and in great driving condition. EXTREME LOW MILES , showing only 26k. and it's believable as most - if not all -parts on the car are original. The paint is largely original with the exception of the hood and rear fenders , and the leather interior is all original and soft. Engine bay is all original too , but needs a bit of tidying up , which we will do. Undercarriage is clean and there's no visible rust anywhere. These cars are accepted even by the Classic car club of America as " second generation cars " , because Glenn P. bought up the Auburn name and the parts and produced a very , very good car. " It's built like a tank " !! No rattles or shaky fenders ! These Auburns are recognized worldwide as being the very best Speedster reproduction / continuation car " one can buy , and it is a true pleasure to be able to offer one again , as they become harder and harder to find ! Powered by a Lincoln 460 cu. V8 with automatic transmission , power steering and brakes and even airconditioning. THIS IS A FACTORY BUILT CAR , unlike many of the other Auburn Speedsters out there ! REDUCED DRASTICALLY !! NOW Asking $67,500. !! Can deliver to your doorstep anywhere on the Globe for a reasonable price.
