Vehicle Description
1951 GMC pick up. Straight 6 cylinder, 4 barrel Holly carb., 4 speed manual trans. Good paint with nice interior. One heck of a lot of fun to drive! Tires are almost new with about 1,500 miles on them. Glass is all good and windows work. Interior has been redone and is nice. Has original pedal floor starter and an electric fuel pump, drum brakes and stops good. All lights work (high and low beam) and turn signals all flash. This is not some rusty old truck as you can tell by the photos. I may be interested in a trade for old muscle car of similar value.
Issues: Paint scrape on roof from when I left the garage with not enough clearance. Speedometer/odometer and gas gauge are not functioning (has tachometer, 2200=55mph). Driver's side door needs new hinges and to be reset.
Needs: Stereo (tunes). Air conditioning for summer driving (I only drive it when it's cool out). Could use mufflers, my gal says it's too loud. You decide.
