S Silver Rose Edition (Option code M758) with only 6,945 original &
documented miles. 1988 was the only year Porsche offered 951's in
both a Turbo and Turbo S. There were reportedly just 339 Silver
Rose Turbo S models sold in the USA. The Turbo S had a more
powerful (M44/52) Engine with 247hp+, M030 option upgraded
suspension, larger Brembo brakes with 4-Piston caliper borrowed
from the 928S4, a limited slip differential with a 40% lockup
setting, better clutch and transmission cooler, and larger forged
aluminum club sport design wheels. At Willow Springs International
Raceway, Automobile Magazine 6/1988 reported the 944 Turbo S was a
full 2 seconds faster than the 911 Turbo despite being 22 pounds
heavier and having 35hp less! This 944 Turbos S has been absolutely
babied by it's one and only owner. With such low miles, it has been
driven sparingly over the past 28 years. We are pleased to report
the car is 100% stock and in excellent mechanical working order.
The paint is virtually flawless with no dents, dings or accident
history. The unique multi-color plaid interior shows as if it came
out of a time capsule, it's truly in like new condition! Complete
with the original books/manuals, service history, keys, tools,
compressor, rear cargo cover, original window sticker, etc. To

special car and is sure to be one of the finest examples out there.
