Vehicle Description
This '75 TR6 was driven and cared for by one owner for all but the
last two years. Essentially a survivor, the car has not been
restored in the sense of a complete overhaul, but it has been
updated and given a makeover.
The car has new seat covers, new carpet, new floor mats, new dash
knobs, new windshield glass, a new vinyl top, new tires, new
leather-wrapped steering wheel, and new paint. Paint was flaking in
two spots on the hood and rear deck. Localized fixes would have
contrasted with adjacent panels, so we refreshed the whole car. We
spruced up the engine bay as well, and used correct and original
parts, including, for example, green rubber hoses.
The transmission is a rebuild, but the car also comes with the
original transmission if the buyer prized originality. Many other
parts are included with the car as well as the original factory
partial tonneau for the back, and the full tonneau that covers the
entire passenger compartment.
The principal owner of the car drove it frequently, and that's all
