full frame-off, rotisserie restoration. VIN#124679N584192 This is a
brand new rotisserie restoration. This car is as new as the day it
was purchased from the dealership in 1969. Painted with 3 coats of
GM Switchblade Silver, painted black stripes. 6 coats of DuPont
clear-coat. Each coat was sanded and blocked before the next coat.
The result is a high gloss mirror finish. Electric power top, black
cloth, electric Detroit Speed headlights. Power windows, new glass
and US made motors and regulators. All new chrome. Upgraded wiring
harness with all modern fuses. Interior is all new with vintage
heat and air. Motor is a 4 BOLT MAIN 496 CI, 576HP with 454 4
BOLT,March front pulley system, new aluminum radiator, and dual
electric fan. Weiand Stealth Dual-Plane Manifold, square bore,
Rectangle Ports. New balancer, flywheel, oil pan, Holley electric
fuel pump with 2 filters and Holley Carburetor, Model 4150, 850
cfm, Square Bore, 4-Barrel, Vacuum, Dual Inlet, Dichromate. T5
(Tremic) GM 5 speed Transmission with Hurst shifter. Moser 12 bolt
positive traction rear end with 3.73 gears. This car will cruise at
70 mph at 2300 RPM. All new 12" 4-wheel disc brakes made by
Wilwood. Exhaust is a set of Hooker Headers, coated aluminized 2 �
"pipe runs all the way back with flow master muffler and stainless
steel tip. Seat belts (3) in the rear seat were added so it safely
carries 5 passengers now. Hotchkiss front and real sway bars and a
Hotchkis X and Hotckis Subframes (all powder-coated black), welded
to the frame to further stiffen the ride. Corvette Rally wheels
(17x8x4.5 backspace front and 17x9x5.0 backspace rear with new
Michelin tires) 250 miles since the rotisserie was completed.
