Vehicle Description
The last year for a true Ford roadster makes this car rare and unique. It was turned into a hot rod many years ago. This car represents a time of ingenuity and passion to have a cool car. The tasteful changes were all mechanical, so the body and interior remain original. A later flathead Ford motor has taken the place of the original motor. It starts easily and runs excellent. The braking system has also been upgraded by adding later hydraulic brakes. A hydraulic clutch added at this time as well. This was a major improvement over the original system. The electrical system has been switched over to a 12 volt system with a modern fuse panel.
The body of this car has beautiful lines with the top up or down. A true survivor from a great time in American car culture, it can be driven the way it is or can be restored to today's quality standards. The interior has just as much character as the exterior. True to the simple roadster fashion, the seats and door panels are plain by design. This car has some cool original features including a clock in the rear view mirror, and an original radio.
