Vehicle Description
1970 Plymouth Barracuda for sale Exotic Classics is proud to
present a beautiful, Rare, matching numbers 1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuda
finished in Rallye Red with a Red interior and a Black Vinyl Top.
This CUDA has 27,547 original miles and except for an undercarriage
restoration and exterior repaint on original metal, this car has
been unrestored. What makes this car so special is its rarity. Out
of 55,499 Barracudas produced in 1970, only 18,880 were of the CUDA
designated variety, only 652 of which were hardtops equipped with a
426 Hemi. Of those, only 284 came equipped with a four-speed manual
transmission. Finally, only 11 four-speed Hemi Cudas are known to
exist combining Rallye Red Paint with a red interior. Two features
which make this awesome car even more exclusive is its Black vinyl
roof and very desirable body-colored elastomeric bumpers. The only
front / rear combination to be had came in Rallye Red, which is the
only color option that came with a matching Shaker hood scoop.
Factory optional equipment include power steering, power front disc
brakes and front driving lights. Interior features include a Rallye
gauge cluster, three spoke Rim Blow steering wheel and Hurst
Pistol-Grip shifter. Included in the sale is a copy of the original
sales invoice from VIP Motors in Nebraska, the original fender tag,
1970 Sales brochure, Owners manual and a full visual inspection
report from Galen Govier. This car has been very well maintained
its entire life and would make a wonderful investment.
