This car is all original and in good shape, no real rust to speak of. Nice original interior, red leather and wood around windows. The original owners bought this car in Germany, and then drove around on vacation for a few months, before bringing her back to USA. There is even a small notebook of hand written dated items that they did to the car on regular intervals. Some chrome corrosion started in the chrome bumpers, and a bit of minor surface rust at a few small spots at the bottom (see pics) etc. A few normal dents and scratches on body. Just a normal wear and tear of an old car. Not many miles at all. Carbs were rebuilt recently. I also recently took it in for a tune-up, synced the carbs, timing, etc, to get it running nice. Took it out and ran it. Has good pickup. I also have a small video of it running, on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpufvfJ9ZT4&feature=youtu.be. The garage also said that it needs new front brake work done, and also the brake booster is leaking a little bit of air, so could be rebuilt or replaced. I have owned it for over 10 years, but never ran it much. Mainly sat in the garage. It would be a Great car to do a ground up restoration. Lots of potential. It is a real head turner!! Let me know. Blessings!
Update: Oct 2017 - The brake calipers need replaced on the front. I also discovered a start of some rust right around the area on the passenger side, where you put the jack behind the front wheel. It dented in a little when we had the weight of the car on it. I have included 3 pics of that at the end of the pics, and also 2 from the good side. I know people don't normally buy a classic car in the fall/winter, but if you buy this car before winter starts, I will drop the price for you to $5000 (firm). I need the space in the garage for my wife's van.....
