Vehicle Description
1995 Porsche 993 Cabriolet
VIN: WP0CA2993SS340290
This highly optioned 993 Cabriolet was purchased on 4/15/94 at
Roger Jobs Porsche in Bellingham, WA. for $76,878 by Howard
Schultz, who is best known for being the CEO of Starbucks. He would
go on to own the car for over 19 years. Originally kept in Seattle,
Washington, the car was moved to Schultz's vacation home in the
Hamptons, NY in, or around 2004 with only 5,961 miles on odometer.
He kept excellent care of the car with maintenance records showing
diligent caretaking of the engine, brakes and fuel systems. The
Cabriolet was sold in 2013 to a relative in NY.
Since arriving at Canepa the car has been thoroughly evaluated,
fully mechanically serviced, and has received a new set of
Bridgestone Potenza RE-11A extreme performance summer tires. Over
100 hours have been invested in a concours level detail, which has
ensured that this low mileage car looks even better than the 12,185
miles would indicate. The last of the air-cooled Porsche
Cabriolets, this 993 drop top is ready for the road, or the show
lawn.
