STK 2054 1967 Chevelle SS396
We have had some very nice mid-year Chevelles come through here recently. For the most part, the restorations had nice paint, nice detail and good mechanics. That said, we do not recall one that had no dust in the threads of the chassis bolts – until now. Our fully restored SS396 was completed in 2013 and it may well be without equal. Every detail is correct, every sticker is right. This matching numbers ’67 SS396 is the real deal and is better than new. Back in 1967 you were able to go into a dealer and “spec” your car. This Chevelle was built in Baltimore on April 10, 1967 from one really great spec sheet. Performance: 396/325hp, Muncie M21 wide-ratio 4-speed, 3.31:1 12-bolt posi. Chassis: SS drum brakes, power steering delete, power brakes delete. (This muscle car was built to run.) Body and interior: Marina Blue, black vinyl bench seat, wood grain wheel, A/C delete. The repaint is outstanding and every gap is just right. The interior – flawless. The current owner (9 years) spared no expense to recreate a very special car.
