The body of this 1969 Chevrolet Malibu is extremely straight and the car in general is well cared for by a very picky owner. The interior dash was recently rebuilt and includes an aftermarket AM/FM radio with an auxiliary input to support media players. The original equipped AC has been updated with a Vintage Air replacement and does a great job of keeping you cool on those hot days. A new aluminum radiator with 2 high performance 12 inch electric fans work to keep the engine running at the proper temperature. For improved reliability, and drive ability, the four barrel carburetor was recently replaced with an FiTech fuel inject throttle body, and a FI fuel tank with an internal electric fuel pump. A little additional HP doesn't hurt either.
The power train is equipped with a high performance 350 CID engine, Turbo 350 three speed automatic transmission with shift kit and a low geared (383 approximate) positive track differential. The 350 CID supporting modifications include: an Fitech 30003 Fuel inject throttle body, Eldebrach high rise manifold, fuel inject heads, ceramic coated headers and a mild performance camshaft. The chassis is set up with power steering and hydraulic power brakes, making it a great driving vehicle. The fuel tank was replaced with a Tanks Inc. fuel inject tank with an internal 240 lph electric fuel pump.
